Hi, I’m Ayesha!
Welcome to She is Fierce – your resource for total empowerment. At She is Fierce, we believe that strength comes from within and there is an opportunity to feel empowered in everything you do. From practicing mindfulness and building self-confidence to learning how to establish and protect your boundaries, our programs will provide you with tools and strategies you can use no matter what the situation.

She is Fierce is all about supporting women in becoming their best self. Instead of just launching into a set well-being and mentorship plan, She is Fierce focuses on providing individual attention and customizing strategies so that each woman feels heard and empowered. The work begins by taking a look within and establishing a foundation from which to build on. We then work together to discover what ignites your passion and then we help you stoke that fire. Through seminars, workshops, and practical lessons, She is Fierce provides women with the tools they need to break through mental, emotional, and physical plateaus and work to reach higher ground.
She is Fierce is built on two main concepts: strength comes from within and empowerment in everything. This serves as a foundation to remind you that you have the power within you to do whatever it is you want to do and if you choose the right mindset, you can find every action and decision you make to be one that cultivates that empowerment.
If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch! In the meantime, read through our blog posts and see how they resonate with you. Check out what workshops and seminars are on offer or sign up for one of our personal training sessions.
Do you have a space where you can be yourself? ✨I believe it's important to have your own space, a space where you can relax, dream, create, meditate, or just be. ✨Not everybody has the luxury of being able to have a lot of space for themselves, but you really don't need much space at all. ✨Your space can be a favorite corner in a room, a comfortable chair, or some place that's not in your house. ✨Your space doesn't even have to be an actual place. It can be a practice, such as journaling, or it can be another person, such a a therapist or friend who can hold space for you. ✨Your space can have a direct effect on your mood, so it's important to find spaces that make you feel supported, safe, and empowered. ✨#SheIsFierce #empowerment #OwnYourSpace #TellYourStory ...
I've been thinking a lot about my previous post and about the questions I asked related to your sacred space. ✨I started to think about the different places I feel safest and the different people I feel safest with. ✨This picture was taken in the place I consider my most sacred space. ✨In this space I am loved, I am nurtured, and I am comforted. ✨In this space I am surrounded by people who support me and help me heal. ✨During my darkest moments, I have always found myself back in this space or at least with the people who make up this space, and if I can't be here or with them physically, then we try to connect virtually. If even that connection is not possible, then I turn to this space, this image, this feeling in my mind and in my heart. ✨That's the beauty of having a sacred space; it's always with you. ✨Where is your sacred space? ✨#SheIsFierce #empowerment #OwnYourSpace #TellYourStory ...
Where do you find comfort? ✨What consoles you? ✨How do you heal yourself? ✨What do you have within you to remind yourself that you are capable, strong, and worthy of love, care, and security? ✨Find your sacred space. Allow yourself to feel safe, comforted, and loved. ✨#SheIsFierce #empowerment #OwnYourSpace #TellYourStory ...
Do you find it easy to sit back and relax? ✨ Are you able to let go of things that aren’t in your control? ✨ For years (decades) I definitely couldn’t let go. I would find myself reliving painful memories, creating imaginary scenarios, and holding on to thoughts and emotions that were not helping me in any way. ✨ It is only relatively recently that I’ve been able to sit back and start to let go. ✨ I try to tell myself: If you can do something about it, do it. If you can’t, then try to let go. ✨ I know that when I decide to focus on my abilities and on how I want to feel, then the stress starts to fade. ✨ This is all part of owning my space. ✨ I can decide whether or not I will allow something to affect me. ✨ I call the shots. ✨ #SheIsFierce #empowerment #OwnYourSpace #TellYourStory ...
I know, it's easier said than done. However, you DO have the ability to control how you react to situations and how they continue to affect your life. ✨This does not mean that you will not experience pain or discomfort. ✨It does not mean that you won't feel hurt or betrayed. ✨It does not even mean that it won't take time to get to a point where you are able to let go. ✨What it DOES mean is with conscious effort and work, you can heal from the issues and situations that have made you feel small or insecure or unsafe. ✨It starts with believing that you DESERVE to live a happy and fulfilling life. It then takes the decision to start trying to approach events from a different perspective and with a different attitude. ✨One step at a time. One decision at a time. You can do this. ✨

Knowing that you can physically defend your boundaries increases the likelihood of you setting and enforcing them without hesitation. The @womenempoweredgjj program offers many different strategies that you can implement to make sure your space is not violated. @plumpetalsfit #SheIsFierce #empowerment #womenempowered ...
I didn't want to seem rude. ✨I didn't want to hurt their feelings. ✨I didn't want to cause trouble. ✨I didn't want to ruin our relationship. ✨These are the most common reasons I have heard from women I coach when we discuss their difficulty with setting boundaries. While I complete understand these concerns, it is also important to understand that you should not sacrifice your OWN comfort, safety, and respect for the sake of others. ✨You have the right to be heard. ✨You have the right to be treated with respect. ✨You have the right to say no. ✨You have the right to put your needs first. ✨Setting boundaries involves first recognizing what your boundaries are and why they are important to you. Once you have that clear, you just have to practice reinforcing them. ✨It all starts with realizing and accepting that you have the right to OWN YOUR SPACE. It may be a bit difficult at first, but it does get easier with practice. ✨

Don’t wear red, they said. ✨ Don’t wear high heels, they said. ✨ Don’t grapple with guys, they said. ✨ Don’t talk or laugh too loudly, they said. ✨ Don’t be aggressive, they said. ✨ Don’t wait too long to get married/have kids, they said. ✨ Don’t start your own business or you won’t have time for your family, they said. ✨ Don’t talk back, they said. ✨ There are so many rules and restrictions ‘they’ put forward to make me smaller, quieter, and a shell of who I am. ✨ I simply said, ‘No.’ ✨ I will wear red and high heels. I will learn to grapple so I can defend myself. I will make my well-being, my success, & my independence a priority so that IF I choose to share part of me with someone else it will be MY choice. ✨ It’s not always easy to push aside the things ‘they said’ and go against learned behavior, culture, or the expectations of others, but it IS possible. ✨ You deserve to be seen and heard for who you are. ✨ You deserve to OWN YOUR SPACE. ✨#SheIsFierce #empowerment #OwnYourSpace #TellYourStory ...
Be bold. ✨Be confident. ✨Be whoever you want to be. ✨Own your space. ✨
