Hi, I’m Ayesha!
Welcome to She is Fierce – your resource for total empowerment. At She is Fierce, we believe that strength comes from within and there is an opportunity to feel empowered in everything you do. From practicing mindfulness and building self-confidence to learning how to establish and protect your boundaries, our programs will provide you with tools and strategies you can use no matter what the situation.

She is Fierce is all about supporting women in becoming their best self. Instead of just launching into a set well-being and mentorship plan, She is Fierce focuses on providing individual attention and customizing strategies so that each woman feels heard and empowered. The work begins by taking a look within and establishing a foundation from which to build on. We then work together to discover what ignites your passion and then we help you stoke that fire. Through seminars, workshops, and practical lessons, She is Fierce provides women with the tools they need to break through mental, emotional, and physical plateaus and work to reach higher ground.
She is Fierce is built on two main concepts: strength comes from within and empowerment in everything. This serves as a foundation to remind you that you have the power within you to do whatever it is you want to do and if you choose the right mindset, you can find every action and decision you make to be one that cultivates that empowerment.
If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch! In the meantime, read through our blog posts and see how they resonate with you. Check out what workshops and seminars are on offer or sign up for one of our personal training sessions.
